The WarinHari online shop is operated by WarinHari Learn NPC ("WarinHari", "we", "us"), registration number 2025/644437/08, based at Shop 800, Plaza Link Centre, 769 Codonia Ave, Waverley, Pretoria, South Africa. By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• We sell martial-arts apparel, equipment, merchandise, and digital items.
• Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We take care to describe and price products accurately. If an error is discovered after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the affected item and refund any amount already paid for it.
• Some products may be offered to signed-in members at a reduced member price.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed only once we accept your order and payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund you in full where this happens after payment.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, PayFast and Yoco. You are redirected to the provider to complete payment, and we never see or store your full card details. Your order is only confirmed once the provider notifies us that payment succeeded.

Physical items are collected in person — see our Delivery & Collection Policy. Digital items are made available electronically after payment.

Your rights to return, cancel, and be refunded are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may not misuse the shop — including attempting to bypass payment or access controls, submitting fraudulent orders, or interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the shop. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
