Delivery & Collection Policy

Physical items (apparel, equipment, and merchandise) are collected in person — we do not currently ship or courier orders. There is no delivery charge.

• 769 Codonia Ave, Waverley, Pretoria

Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order and let you know when it is ready to collect — usually within 2–3 business days, subject to stock. If an item is not in stock we will contact you with a revised timeframe or offer a refund.

• Bring your order reference (shown on your receipt and in any confirmation message).
• Orders can be collected during class and office hours. If you are unsure of times, message us on WhatsApp +27 61 221 0856 to arrange a convenient time.
• Please collect within 30 days. If you cannot collect in person, contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Digital items are not shipped. They are delivered electronically and made available to you immediately after your payment is confirmed.
