The WarinHari shop is operated by WarinHari Learn NPC (registration number 2025/644437/08), Shop 800, Plaza Link Centre, 769 Codonia Ave, Waverley, Pretoria, South Africa. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Account data: name and email address (via email sign-in or Google), if you have a member account.
• Order data: the items you order, your name, contact details, and any order notes.
• Payment data: processed by PayFast and Yoco. We receive confirmation and a payment reference, but not your full card details.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

• To process your orders, take payment, and let you know when an order is ready for collection.
• To provide receipts and respond to support and billing enquiries.
• To secure the shop and comply with our legal obligations.

We share limited data with service providers, only as needed to run the shop:

• PayFast & Yoco — payment processing.
• Our email provider — order and account emails.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We do not sell your personal information.

We limit access to order and account data to staff who need it, and keep records only as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal and accounting obligations.
